Gucci ties up with Murjani

Gucci will enter India via tie-up with the New-York-based Murjani Group which is famous for brand marketing,developing and launching designer labels such as Coca-Cola Clothes and Gloria Vanderbilt. Gucci is planning to open exclusive outlets in Mumbai and Delhi by 2007.

Gucci has many brands including Yves Saint Laurent, Boucheron and Sergio Rossi, and distributes its products through outlets, franchisee operations and departmental stores.
